Completed by 2019 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Armada Hoffler is an owner/developer for a luxury student housing apartment complex designed to accommodate the vast growing population on the Charleston Peninsula. The project required extra attention as a 1300 cubic yard concrete pour was required to meet the demanding schedule, which was delivered at a rate of 200 cubic yards/hour from Knight’s Spruill Ave Central Mix plant.
