Knight’s Redi-Mix supplied the concrete for the foundation of Dorchester County’s new, expanded Emergency Operations Center. To keep up with population growth, the new EOC is twice the size of the original building and will house a media briefing room, situation room, citizen’s call center and a new 911 dispatch center.
