Knight’s Redi-Mix, the ready mixed concrete division of Knight’s Companies, announced the creation of two new positions within the division. CEO of Knight’s Companies, Pete Knight stated, “In an effort to foster continued growth and a reputation of excellence in the industry, we’ve created two new management positions: Sales Manager, with a focus on driving the sales and customer relations of Knight’s Redi-Mix, and Organizational Development Manager, with a focus on continuous improvement and standardized processes for Redi-Mix operations.”
Ricky Herrera joined Knight’s Redi-Mix as Sales Manager, with over 10 years of experience in sales as well as extensive experience in the concrete industry. Herrera will oversee sales for Knight’s Redi-Mix Lowcountry, Midlands, and South markets, including Savannah Georgia.
Jordan Edinger entered the position of Organizational Development Manager, with four years of experience at Knight’s Redi-Mix. He previously held the position of Production Manager for Lowcountry. In this new position, Edinger be responsible for establishing best practices and continuous improvement for Knight’s Redi-Mix Lowcountry, Midlands, and South markets, including Savannah, Ga.
