CHARLESTON, S.C. – Teresa Tuttle, formerly Knight’s Companies’ HR Generalist, was recently promoted to the position of Senior HR Generalist for her hard work overseeing the constant growth of employees and collaborative work to expand the company.
In her new role as Senior HR Generalist, Tuttle will continue to support HR efforts and recruiting. She will oversee the company’s payroll process and continue to train the HR Assistant. She will also coordinate with marketing to develop proactive communications regarding employee relations.
Training is also another aspect of her new role, as she will work with the Knight’s management team to deliver HR-related training and will even serve as the trainer for the Innerwill Values Based Leadership course in the future.
“I’m very excited to work with our leadership team and employees as we continue to grow and expand,” she said.
When she’s not on the clock, Tuttle loves spending quality time with her favorite people, whether it’s going out for the weekend or finding a new restaurant to try.
