Otis Henry - Sales Manager and Commercial Sales for Knight’s Ready Mix.
Otis is a graduate of both Holly Hill High School & Trident Technical College with a degree in Civil Engineering. His 40 years in the cement and concrete industry started as a lab technician and Assistant Chemist with Giant Cement Co. Otis began his 25 year career in sales with Gifford Hill Chemical division in Charlotte, NC and continued in sales & sales management with Concrete Supply, Metromont Materials, & Cabarrus Concrete companies in the Charlotte area. Otis moved back to his native South Carolina, joining Knight’s Redi-Mix in 2003. Otis has served as president & board member of the Carolinas Chapter of the A.C.I. (American Concrete Institute), served on the AGC Supplier/Service Advisory Board, Technical Committee member and 20 year member with the CRMCA (Carolinas Ready Mix Concrete Association), & former member of ASTM and PCEA (Professional Construction Estimators Association) organizations. Otis spends his free time with hobbies that include the company of family and friends, a love of college sports, and the challenge of another hole in one on the golf course. |

A Charleston native and James Island High School graduate, Gregg Oltmann brings 10 years construction sales experience to the Knight’s Companies sales team. A certified pervious concrete installer, ACI certified, and an NRMCA certified concrete sales professional, Gregg was also the 2004 CRMCA chapter coordinator of the year. While not at work, Gregg volunteers for the city recreation department, coaching basketball, baseball, & football. Gregg, Susan, and their children Shelby & Hunter enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, and college football. |

A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Jordan started his career with Knight’s Companies as an estimator in 2003. Over the years, Jordan has performed many different roles in the precast division from Production Manager, to Sales Representative, to his current dual position as Estimating Department Manager/Sales Representative. Jordan is a member of the NPCA, CAGC, & ASA, and a certified concrete field technician with both the ACI and NCDOT. Jordan spends his free time with his wife of three years Ginny, and enjoys duck hunting, golf, and camping. |

Tyler Winningham - Outside Sales Representative
Born and raised in Summerville, SC.; Tyler is a graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor of arts in Communication Studies and a minor in sociology. He began his career with Knight’s Companies in May 2006 with the Redi-Mix division as a plant manager. In February of 2007 he moved into the Redi-Mix dispatch office as an order entry specialist and inside sales rep. In August of 2008 Tyler was promoted and now works as an outside sales representative for Knight’s Precast. When not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife Leslie, family/friends, fishing, scuba diving and Clemson athletics. |

Jim Yost joined Knights Companies in 2007 and his primary responsibility is commercial block sales. Jim's experience spans more than 15 years in the construction industry. Prior to his employment at Knights Companies his sales and sales management experience includes building materials, packaged concrete products, cement, and construction products. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University. Jim is from Bluefield VA and now resides in Summerville SC. When not working Jim enjoys golf and fishing. |

A former Lumber Inspector with Westvaco & Timber Products Inc., Jody joined the Knight’s Companies team in 2003 As Quality Control Manager. His various roles with the company include Ready Mix Dispatch Manager, Redi-Mix Operations Manager, & Walterboro Plant Manager. Jody is an ACI certified member and currently handles inside Sales & customer service for Knight’s Concrete Products division. In his free time he and his wife Tammy enjoy spending time with their children Baylee & Trey. In addition to hunting, fishing, and Raccoon dog training, Jody is also an active AKC & PKC member. |

Chet Sawicki resides in Saint George, South Carolina with his wife and nine year old daughter. Since 1993, he has worked in many aspects of the construction supply industry in the low country. These positions range from delivery driver, warehouse manager, inside sales, and general manager. Chet’s strong work ethic, coupled with integrity and problem solving skills, help him provide a very high level of customer service. He is always working to expand his product knowledge, as well as looking for the opportunity to bring the newest and most innovative materials and ideas to the marketplace.
